Cintas.com provides just about everything a worker could need
on the job. Besides uniform shirts, pants, and jackets, we
offer a complete line of safety shoes and work boots, shop
coats and smocks, raincoats and foul weather gear, belts and
ball caps, and safety products like hard hats, safety glasses,
and back supports.
Cintas will distribute the uniforms and accessories to your
employees, no matter where they work. Cintas will customize
the garment with your company name or logo and even add the
individual employee's name, if desired.

Using the Cintas SmartSort feature you are able to order for
multiple employees in a quick and efficient manner. Cintas
SmartSort also gives you the ability to have your garments
and accessories sorted by employee upon delivery. This eliminates
the hassle of sorting through a box trying to locate an employee's
specific size or garment.
Cintas SmartSort - Ordering for Multiple Employees:
On the item ordering screen you will see a field near the
bottom entitled Cintas SmartSort. This field is where you
will enter the employees name or number for whom you are
currently ordering.
After you filled out all of the needed information for
this employee Select ADD TO CART this will either take
you to the select emblems/ logos screen (If you check the
personalize box) or it will take you to your shopping cart.

By choosing this option you will be able to order the
same items for the next employee on your list. Only having
to change personal characteristics: size, color of garment,
sleeve length, name on emblem.
To add more items for this employee just click on the next
desired product and enter in the same name or number on
the Cintas SmartSort line.
To order for the next employee; enter in New Group Name
on the Cintas SmartSort Screen.
Cintas SmartSort - Sorting and Packaging Options:
Using Cintas SmartSort, you will have the ability to sort
and have your items packaged and shipped based on your sort
criteria. You can sort by employee, employee number, size,
department, color, etc. You have control over how your order
is packaged and shipped. This eliminates the hassle of having
to sort through a box of garments looking for a particular
size or trying to match up pants and shirts for many employees.
When you are selecting your item you will notice a field
near the bottom right of your screen. This field is entitled
'Cintas SmartSort'; You may enter in a description of how
you want your garments sorted and packaged. You may enter
in shirts-medium; and your medium shirts will be sorted
separately from the rest of your order. Examples of possible
sort options are: size, employee, color, departments, etc.
Enter in the title of the sort criteria shirts, employee
name, employee number, department. No more sorting through
boxes trying to match up employees pants with shirts.

Cintas offers several easy ways to pay for your merchandise.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Cintas is required by law to collect all taxes based on where
your order is being shipped or delivered. When you review
your order total during the checkout process, you will see
the sales tax that will be charged. This charge reflects the
applicable state and local taxes.

Upon completing your online purchase you will be sent a confirmation
email. This email will confirm your shipping address, telephone
number, payment method, and purchase total. If any information
appears incorrect on your order confirmation please call our
Customer Service department at 1-877-324-6827.

You will receive volume discounts when your item quantity
exceeds 23 and again when your item quantity exceeds 49. The
quantity discounts are consistent with the Cintas catalog.

A list will display the date and status of all orders you've
placed.
Click on "Details" to see an order status by item
Click on "Track" and you will connect to the UPS tracking
system to check on UPS-shipped orders.

company or organization. We do collect and use your IP address
only to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer
our Website. Our site uses order forms for customers to request
information, products, and services. We collect your contact
information (like email address) and financial information
(like credit card numbers). Contact information from the order
form is used to send orders, send catalogs, and track order
status. Financial information that is collected is used to
bill you for products and services.

Ordering online from Cintas.com is safe and easy! Protecting
your order information is our priority, so we use VeriSign's
Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts ALL of
your personal information including credit card number, name,
and address which prohibits any third party from decoding
the information. If you are using a Netscape browser, check
the security of your connection by looking at the lower left-hand
corner of your browser window after accessing the server.
For Internet Explorer, check the little boxes near the lower
right-hand corner. If you see an unbroken key or a closed
lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active.
You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your

Your custom Cintas website is designed for version 4.0 or
later of Internet Explorer and 4.06 or later of Netscape Navigator
or compatible browsers. Your site will work with these browsers'
standard default settings, and does not require any special
plug-ins.

Customize Your Item

Your Company Logo goes a long way to advertise your business,
and build company esteem with your employees.
We offer custom embroidery and/or custom emblems on most
Cintas garments, which includes numerous positions for shirts,
front position for jackets and shorts, front and back of caps,
and on many of our promotional items. A one time art fee may
apply.
You can personalize your items by adding your logo/artwork.
Simply check the personalize box before adding the item to
your shopping cart.

Once you click "Add to Cart" you will be taken
to your personalization page where you can add your logo/artwork.
If you have ordered from Cintas in the past, we will have
your logo/artwork on file and you will NOT be charged a logo
set up fee. Simply enter your logo i.d. number when prompted
and your personalization is complete.

We can duplicate your company logo from Camera ready artwork
such as business cards, letterhead, and laser print, or from
digital files including .tif, .bmp, and .jpg.
If you don't have a company logo, we can design one for you.
We have graphic artists on staff to help create or design
a custom logo for your company, we also have many standard
logo's on file that can be customized for your business or
event.

Your trim code(s) are used to identify your organization's
unique embroidery/emblems. We also use these codes to identify
the position of the logo on the garment. If you are unsure
of what your trim code is, you can find it on your past Cintas
invoices (ex PZ1234, DC0865, QZ8493). You can also email
or call us directly at 1-877-324-6827 and we can find your
trim code quickly.

We want your Logo to look great ! Here are a few tips to getting
the best results on creating your custom logo.
For regular custom work, our size limitations are 4"X4"
. In order to keep your design clear and your text legible,
we may need to increase or decrease the size or proportion
of the design and text of your logo.

|
To insure your custom logo is functional, a Logo specialist
may contact you to review your design, and to offer suggestions
that will best suit your needs.
|
 |
|
|
|
Although we can replicate most font styles, there are limitations
to size. Most fonts are not functional under ¼ inch.
|
 |
|
|
|
We are able to match most PMS colors, solid colors are recommended
for best results.
|
 |
|
|
|
Upon completion of your custom logo, you will be sent an actual
swatch with you logo embroidered on it, after it has been
approved by you, it will be applied to your garments, and
filed for future orders with Cintas.
